What is my background?
​
After I graduated from high school, I volunteered at the Austrian Red Cross. I had an amazing time learning and helping people. So much so, that I kept volunteering in my spare time for almost 13 years. The experience as a medical device user, combined with my mechanical engineering degree, work experience at a local medical device manufacturer, and additional education in MedTech, paved the way for me to become a self-employed quality consultant.
How was SIFo Medical born?

Through my career, I have seen MedTech companies struggling to keep up with quality standards, drowning in the endless flood of stringent regulations that stifle the spirit of innovation. Not surprisingly, the high bureaucracy can get frustrating, especially for SMEs that have limited resources.
I founded SIFo Medical in 2017 with the vision to create a network of quality experts to support as many medical device companies as possible to successfully navigate the complex world of MedTech – for best patient outcomes.
From our base in the Austrian Alps, we consult our clients remotely and on-site with the goal of bringing safe medical devices to market on time.
